Screening

We maximize the number of candidates by establishing an unbiased approach to vetting. Here’s where we gauge hard skills, like experience, and soft skills, such as personality traits. We check for core competencies, as well as gain insight into a candidate’s approaches to problem-solving and communication.

Next steps: We bring the screened candidates to you and collaborate with you on which candidates you’d like to bring in for interviews.

Interviews

Nothing can be more frustrating for the company and candidates than setting unclear expectations. We take the time to learn what traits and experience you’re expecting in a candidate and interview to find the best fit. 

We’ll arrange the interview, whether in-person or via video, according to your schedule.

Onboarding

Once you’ve chosen a candidate, we provide all the necessary and compliant paperwork to onboard the new employee. You will have a complete employee file by their first day of work.

Compliance Trainings

Employees must complete all compliance trainings at time of hire and (most often) annually. We can guide you to the necessary trainings and most cost-effective sites for your company.
